Digital Products: No Returns
All products sold on our store are digital e-books delivered electronically. Because a digital product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we do not accept returns, and all sales are final.
No Refunds
Since digital files cannot be "returned" and can be copied or retained after download, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or because the content did not meet your expectations. We encourage you to read the product description, preview (if available), and table of contents before buying.
Exceptions
We will review your case and may offer a replacement file or a refund only in the following situations:
- Duplicate purchase: you were charged more than once for the same e-book by mistake.
- Technical issue: the file is corrupted, will not open, or you cannot download it, and we are unable to fix the problem after reasonable attempts.
- Wrong product delivered: you received a different e-book from the one you ordered.
To request help, email us within 7 days of your purchase at [support email - contact@winstonwoodco.store] with your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a short description (or screenshot) of the problem.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once the download link or file has been delivered.
Failed or Pending Payments
If money was deducted from your account but you did not receive your e-book, please contact us at [support email]. If the payment failed and the order was not created, the amount is usually returned automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 business days.
Copyright and Sharing
E-books are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our files is not permitted.
